DESCRIPTION:VENDOR SIGNUP. \n\nPlease accept this invitation to participate in the 33rd Annual Bulverde Christmas Lighting held in the Downtown Bulverde on Friday\, November 24\, 2023. Vendor booths open for business by 5:30 pm and Santa arrives at 6:30 pm. There is entertainment\, music and vendor treats for the young and young at heart.\n\n \nHere are Some Things to Remember\n\n-  Plan an activity\, share a gift\, or serve some food.  It's our time to give back to this great community where we are all so fortunate to live!  Plan for 300 kids. \n\n-  Booths are assigned a space on a first come\, first served basis so return this form ASAP! Spaces are 10' X 10' each - this includes food trucks.  Booth fees are $50 if Selling Product and $25 for Information Only Booths.  Food Trucks are $100.00.  \n\n-  Vendor registration and payment due by November 17th. \n\nBooths will not be reserved until payment is receieved.\n\n-  Electricity access is limited so only select that option if needed - $10 per outlet. ****Bring your own extension cords.****\n\n-  Bring your own lighting (battery operated if no electricity)\, tables\, chairs\, trash receptacles\, etc.\n\n-  Begin setup at 2:00 pm.  Stop by the Chamber booth for your assigned space.  All vehicles must be out of the event area by 4:00 pm. We request that you refrain from giving away your gifts to the kids until 5:30 pm.\n\n-  Let's have fun!
