DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event opens May 1st and closes July 8th! About the event--Big Country CASA developed this foster care simulation curriculum in 2020.\n\n\n\nCASA of Central Texas\, Gruene United Methodist Church\, and SJRC Texas I Belong are bringing it to Central Texas to provide a realistic\, interactive experience of a "month" in foster care. Join us for this unique event where you will either play the role of a child in foster care\, a biological parent\, a foster parent\, a CASA volunteer\, or a caseworker and experience a simulation of what 4 weeks in Foster Care can entail.\n\n\n\nThis is a FREE event and a light breakfast & lunch will be provided for attendees.
