Participants of all ages and fitness levels will gather to run\, walk\, and support a cause that directly impacts our neighbors and friends. By participating or contributing to this event\, you will be making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.\n\nAcacia Medical Mission is a privately funded nonprofit clinic\, dedicated to providing free\, high-quality medical care to uninsured and underserved individuals in the Bulverde-Spring Branch community. Without federal or state funding\, we rely entirely on the generosity of donors\, grants\, and fundraising efforts to continue offering compassionate\, life-changing healthcare to those who need it most.
