Customer Service Representative
Air Conditioning & Heating Company in Bulverde is looking for a CSR. This is a Full Time position Monday thru Friday. Experience with Purchase Orders, Vendor Invoicing, Dispatching and Social Media a plus. We are looking to hire an organized, enthusiastic person that pays attention to detail.
Some duties this position would be responsible for are:
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Processing Invoices
- Process Vendor Credits/Returns
- Statement reconciliation
- Social Media Posting
Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Planning and organization
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Multi tasking
- Ability to be at work every day and able to meet deadlines
- Construction/Service experience is a plus
