Licensed Professional Counselor/ Marriage and Family Therapist/ Social Worker
Position: Part-time to Full-time Fully Licensed Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Hours: 10-20+ hours per week (will be building your own caseload), to maintain a min of 10 clients per week once caseload is built.
Compensation: $55 base per session reimbursement (for full pay clients), with incentive structure (for full pay clients)
Term of Contract: 1 year, with evaluations at 3, 6 & 12 months with possibility to renew
Qualifications:

Master's degree in counseling or related field from an accredited university

At least 2 years fully licensed experience in counseling profession

Current TX state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Consistent schedule with availability to make client appointments
Duties and Responsibilities:

Build a client base and maintain through continued follow-up care, helping clients reach their personal health goals.

Provide individual/couples/family counseling services weekly

Create and lead at least 2 mental health related groups or CEU presentations a year.

Effectively collaborate with the other professionals (TVWG/external professionals) for integrative treatment plans, as needed.

Keep client records/files up to date.

Complete accurate and legible notes.

Safeguarding client information and confidentiality, abiding by HIPAA and current ethical professional standards.

Provide hospitality and exceptional customer service to all clients.

Handle client concerns when applicable and use listening techniques.

Enter invoices and payments into Quickbooks.

Encouraged but not required to attend free events such as vendor provided lunches and CEU’s in order to create a professional presence in the mental health community and practice professional networking.

Generate and provide a monthly report of client sessions

Attend mandatory trainings, as needed.

Attend staff meetings 2X a month (at pre-scheduled days/times)

Interact with the community and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Execute professional boundaries. (i.e. avoiding dual relationships with clients).

Maintain a professional, clean appearance of self.

Stay in accordance with professional license and guidelines and maintain CEU’s.

The Vine will carry your personal liability insurance through CPH Insurance Company, and will cover the yearly costs. (Policy will be renewed every October).

Help open and close office (according to procedures) when applicable to your schedule.

Clinical skills must be current and empirically based, using only those modalities and approaches where professional training has been completed
