Customer Service Rep / Graphic Designer

Big Frog is a new retail concept in custom designed t-shirts for anyone and everyone. Here at Big Frog, we are part of the community, working with businesses, schools, and individuals, creating custom, personalized t-shirts (and polos, sweatshirts, tote bags, and more!). We are looking for people who have a customer focus—our staff work hard to make sure that all of our customers are happy, whether they want one shirt or 500 shirts. Since we help design many of our customers' shirts, to work here, you must be comfortable working with the following graphics programs: CorelDraw, PhotoPaint, Illustrator. Our store is small, and all of us work together.

You will be expected to:
-- Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures
-- Maintain a clean and neat retail environment
-- Manage customer transactions, which includes generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, printing orders, and fulfilling orders on-time and per customer specifications
-- Manage customer correspondence such as phone, email, and in-store interaction
-- Manage incoming inventory, which includes unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, folding, and stocking shelves (you must be able to lift 40 pounds)
-- Complete other activities as needed

Our ideal candidate is someone who:
-- Likes talking with people and working out their ideas
-- Is comfortable working in CorelDraw, and Illustrator
-- Has worked in a retail environment for at least one year
-- Is dependable and drama free
-- Is available to work some weekend days
-- Has good communication skills and a strong work ethic
