I’ve been a certified practicing Physician Assistant since 2009 with a diverse medical experience and background. My medical career began volunteering as a Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) which fueled my desire to practice medicine. Next, I attended Rochester Institute of Technology and received a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. Soon after I attended the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston and Fort Bliss Texas, where I received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies accredited by the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
My experience, derived from combined military and civilian training provides emphasis on Family, Orthopedic, Dermatology, Combat medicine, Aviation and Emergency care. My dedication to service and community are translated directly to the care of my patients.
I’m proud to have served our country in the United States Army for 25 years including 2 deployments to Operation Iraqi Freedom and multiple overseas tours until retirement in 2021 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
I’m originally from a small town in Upstate, New York where my parents still reside. I’m blessed to have been stationed in San Antonio, Texas where I met and married my wife. We have a wonderful daughter and son which keep us busy with academics, sports and extracurricular activities. My hobbies include being outdoors, hunting, fishing, sports, traveling and spending time with my sweet dog (Bailey). I’m excited to call Texas home and thankful to be a part of the Blanco Regional Clinic team!!!
