Halyard Homes

About Us

Halyard Homes builds custom luxury homes in the Texas Hill Country, based out of Spring Branch, TX. With 23 years of homebuilding experience, we partner directly with each homeowner to curate a home built around how they actually want to live from layout and finishes down to the details in the kitchen and primary bath. As a small, owner-operated builder, every client works directly with the person building their home, not a rotating cast of project managers. That combination two decades-plus of hands-on experience paired with direct, personal attention on every build means closer craftsmanship, clearer communication, and a finished home that feels genuinely custom.
