Laura Spears is a retired educator with 30 years of experience shaping young minds and building meaningful relationships within her community. For the past 14 years, she has also served as a devoted caregiver to her son, a wounded Army soldier, an experience that deepened her compassion, resilience, and understanding of the challenges faced by families providing care to loved ones.

Laura is the Program Director and co-owner of SarahCare at Encino Park, where she combines her passion for service, education, and advocacy to support older adults and their caregivers. She is married and proud to call Bulverde home, where she remains committed to strengthening community connections and helping families find the support, dignity, and care they deserve.
