ASAH Creative Studios invites you to join them from 9 - 10 am for Coffee & Chat before the Free Self Defense Seminar.  Learn empowering Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness & Research.

Come for the Training and then stay for the Roll Pink Marathon Roll Fundraiser.
Jiu-jitsu athletes will be rolling (sparring) in non-stop matches for an hour - affectionately called a marathon roll. There will be three hour-long sessions with different athletes each hour. The longer they stay on the mats, the more funds they raise:)
