Description
This all-levels yoga flow adds a fun twist to finding balance. We'll turn down the lights and turn up the fun!
The room will be illuminated by black light - (so wear light / white / neon colors for the most glow) - and the playlist will be upbeat & fun. This flow will strengthen mind, body, and spirit. Your breath will guide you through fluid, joyful movement.
This Friday fun-flow will help you kick off your weekend in the best way.
