Join resident metalsmith Francesca Watson for an earring project featuring surprisingly simple hinges. We'll start with a refresher on bezel set stones and an introduction to open frames. Then you'll design your own earring pair, including hinged earwires so you get four shots at understanding and practicing these kinetic connections.
