The Chamber is excited to offer a free public service for our members.  The purpose of this class is to introduce you to a way to grocery shop for healthy foods with out breaking the bank.  Get the “low down” for healthy choices that you many not have thought of before.
 
            *  Special HEB cooking demo.
            *  Receive recipes and healthy tip handouts.
            *  Find out how to eat chocolate in a healthy way.
            *  Learn how to read food labels and so much more!!!.
 
Paul Muller with Anytime Fitness is our host of this exciting FREE class.
Space is limited to 10 people per session/class.
 
We will offer three separate opportunities to participate in this type of class.
Each session/class will take place at HEB Bulverde from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
