Description
Lee Franzel returns with the popular discussion of how to grow veggies in a home garden. Lee is a Comal Master Gardener and Texas Agrilife Certified Vegetable Specialist.
He will give encouragement to those wishing to grow food plants, whether in a dedicated plot or even in containers. Our topic is timely as most warm-weather plants are started within weeks of the program. Location, soil, water, plant types and varieties, and problem-solving will be discussed. A printed handout will be given.
Lee likes a lively interactive presentation so questions and comments will make for a fun 90 minutes! In the event of rain, the program will be held in our large greenhouse.
