Winter Dance, Dinner and Casino fundraising event at the BSB Activity Center

Happy New Year to all of our friends!  It's time or our annual Winter Dance.  We will be "Swinging' in the New Year" with a Casino Night, Dinner and Dance on February 15, 2014 here at the Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center 30280 Cougar Bend Bulverde, TX 78163.  We are excited about holding this event in our new remodeled facility.  We welcome you to come be a part of this special event.

We are asking for your support in sponsoring or underwriting the cost of this event. Here are some example levels of how you could help out and become a sponsor;

$250.00 sponsorship-Casino Table-(receive 2 tickets to the event along with your signage advertisement at the table the night of the event.

$280.00 sponsorship- Dinning Table -(8 tickets to the event to be used or donated back for low-income seniors and your signage at the table the night of the event.)

$500.00 sponsorship-Casino Table-(receive 4 tickets to the event along with signage advertising at the night of the event.)

Or help underwrite the following: $400.00/Music DJ  $2,000.00/Catering

As a sponsor, your business, organization or you individually will receive acknowledgement at the event. If you would like more information or would like a tax receipt, please call 830-438-3111. 

The Bulverde Spring Branch Activity Center is a non-profit organization and tax exempt under section 501 (c) (3) #74-2625611.  The mission of the center is to serve the needs of senior citizens in this rural area, to he enrich their quality of life, to provide educational programs to fit senior needs, to bring health and exercise programs to them, to provide opportunities for socialization and community service and to help seniors remain active and self-sufficient.
