At BzzD Wellness 🐝, our mission is to help people become healthier, stronger, and more confident—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. That mission perfectly aligns with Gracie Barra’s commitment to discipline, confidence, and empowering individuals through self-defense.
We’re honored to host this event on September 11—a day that reminds us of the strength, resilience, and unity that define our nation.
Together, we’re giving women the opportunity to build confidence, learn life-saving skills, and support an important cause. Proceeds will benefit a local organization helping women rebuild their lives after domestic violence.
