Description
Information is intended to be consumed by one or more of our senses and processed by the mind for the purpose of eliciting an emotional or behavioral response. Information is made up of ingredients which is metabolized by our minds - our Informational Diet.
This Informational Diet influences our pattern of thinking, which in turn determines our patterns of behavior. Matthew Mattera, presents a parent and student talk at Bracken Christian School on Thursday 3/24 that explains how information influences us, and the lasting impact it can have on our lives.

This talk focuses on Middle School and High School students and the effect that information overload has on them during the formative years of their lives. He also addresses, how information overload can have a negative impact that tragically can lead to depression and suicide. The community is welcome.
This talk is to raise community awareness, and will be held in two separate groups:
Middle School Students and Middle School Parents - 8:55 - 9:40 AM
High School Students and High School Parents - 9:45 - 10:30 AM
