“The Texas PACE Authority is hosting an informative forum on the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. The PACE program offers 100% low-cost, long-term private financing for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family property owners to implement energy efficiency and water conservation improvements.
This forum will focus on how commercial properties can use PACE financing to redevelop and repurpose properties, finance new construction, reduce operating costs, and create more comfortable facilities. Attendees will learn about the PACE program and hear about successful past projects, such as the InterContinental Hotel.
