Ticket layout so we can send it to Documation
Update chamber ticket purchase site to include the food option. Get with the members who have already paid and what they would like to eat (I included the dinner menu)
Also for tickets how do the members go about purchasing a sponsorship package? Do they just need to contact you? Or is there a way we can put that in the drop down?
Add time capsule requests to website. I would hold off on the “additional” section contents on the list unless you would like to get with Rhonda to confirm the additionals.

Denise said they will set up the tables for us we just need to give head count 1 week before event and they will draw up floor plan
Will be working on creating an agenda for the evening
Emailed Wendy about Costco and Sam’s follow up and where we stand
SVHS NHS teacher will be sending out the letter request to the students for us to have by the 15^th!
SVHS Culinary arts only has 2 students for us that evening, Mike is working with CLHS on gaining more from their culinary arts class
