Be Equipped is a class designed to help parents guide their children through age-appropriate conversations about sex, body changes, and relationships—before confusing messages from the world take hold. For parents who want their kids to learn from them, not the internet or peers, this class offers a clear plan, practical tools, and the confidence to start the conversation. It also encourages open, honest communication in the home, rooted in truth and compassion.
