Honey Creek Festival
The annual event began nearly 55 years ago as a church event and a community gathering during the fall season. General admission is still free to this popular community event that combines German heritage foods with Tex-Mex fun and festivities.
Families from all over San Antonio and the Hill Country area come to experience a traditional German meal from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including pot roast, fried chicken, German potato salad, sauerkraut and green beans. Authentic Tex-Mex food booths and refreshing drinks booths will be available all day. Food Information
Along with food, games, music and arts and crafts, activities and auctions are also a part of the Honey Creek Festival.
