Description
This one-hour class provides valuable information about how to purchase your first home. We will cover everything from how to obtain pre qualification from a lender to making an offer on the property you want to own.
About the Speaker: I’m Bill Boehm and I have been a Loan Officer in the Spring Branch area for over 11 years. Although I do all kinds of Loans, I have always had a special place in my heart for the first-time home buyer. I have a way of explaining complex scenarios and, as a former standup comedian, I promise to make sure we have some fun as well.
