Description
Session 3 will be a more technical session but at an introductory level. Topics will include:
- How to choose a lens for the photos that you envision (wide angle, mid-range, telephoto)
- The triangle of exposure (ISO, shutter speed and aperture)
- How each affects the outcome of your photos.
- How to achieve sharp focus and pleasing blurs.
- Discussion of the various shooting modes on your camera and how to use them in artful ways.
- Quick mention of software choices for your post processing options.
Note that you do not need to bring an understanding of these topics to this session. It is meant to open doors for you as to what possibilities are out there for your photography efforts and to help you begin to explore the fun of nature photography.
Please cancel your seat for in-person events if you can not make the class so others have the opportunity to attend.
