This is perfect before your July 4th picnic, but is practical anytime, come learn how to lessen the risk of food poisoning and be sure food poisoning isn't a guest at your next meal, party, buffet, or picnic.  We'll discuss basic food safety and offer practical tips to avoid dangerous food safety mistakes.
