Whether the loss is from the passing of a loved one or seeing a loved one losing memory to Alzheimer's/ Dementia disease, dealing with a new normal can be difficult. This interactive discussion works through healthy coping, ways to bust stress and validating the grieving process. Registration is required for zoom link.
