Go North on Hwy 281 / Pass FM 311& Spring Branch Store / Turn left on Spring Branch Road / Go 3.7 miles / House is on the right / There is a sign for J & F Cottage Rentals and there will be balloons at the gate / Turn right into the property and pass the two cottages / Go all the way to the back of the property to the 2 story brick house / Ribbon Cutting will be in the back yard.
