Join Julie for a 75 minute restorative and deeply relaxed experience as layers of stress wash away and you feel the sway of your mind settling into the rhythm of your breath, immersing yourself in sound and vibration.
In this experience you will be invited to move freely as you allow the healing sounds guide your movement or should you choose to be still, you are welcome to sit or lay with all the cozy props. There will be time to create an intention for your experience.
