ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:
Jay Johnson:
Jay is the owner of J2 Servant Leadership, LLC, a veteran-owned coaching and consulting company located just outside San Antonio, Texas. Jay helps companies, organizations, teams, and individuals gain clarity on what's most important so they can achieve unparalleled professional and personal success.
Jay is a certified coach and motivational speaker, who speaks and conducts training all around the world. He is also a certified change manager and DISC personality trainer. Jay graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree from the University of North Texas and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma. Jay serves on the Bulverde Spring Branch Chamber Board of Directors and The Foundation Board of Directors for the Bulverde Area Rural Library District.
Cynthia Restivo
Cynthia passionately champions people to discover and embrace their identity
in Christ, steward purpose, and design a legacy of significance. She helps people to lead their lives and write new stories.
Cynthia is a professional executive coach and the founder of Dynamic Prospectives, Inc., a coaching/consulting firm serving leaders and organizations in personal and leadership development. She holds two (2) coaching certifications, certified by Dr. John C. Maxwell as an executive coach, teacher, and speaker and certified Professional Path Coach Training Institute. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, ICF. Cynthia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education and holds an Associate Degree in Theology.
Cynthia is a grandmother, the mother of three adult children, and makes her home on the Oregon Coast with Vince, her husband of 40 years.
