Store Manager

Position: Store Manager

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break; closed weekends)

Compensation: To be discussed during the hiring process

Responsibilities:

  - Open and close the store
  - Manage all aspects of our tire, wheel, automotive, and truck accessories shop
  - Oversee personnel and daily workflow
  - Handle daily deposits, cash, checks, and accounts receivable
  - Drive sales, customer service, and business growth
  - Manage store operations with an ownership mindset
