Join Our Team as a Client Specialist!
Provisions Outreach is looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to fill our Client Specialist position. This role is vital to our mission of serving families in need with care and respect.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is:
- Fluent in Spanish and English – This is essential to effectively support our diverse client base.
- Comfortable with technology – While you don’t need to be an expert, you should be able to navigate email, the internet, and data entry, and learn our simple software with training.
- Passionate about serving others – You understand and embrace our mission to provide nonjudgmental support to families facing challenges. Experience with nonprofit organizations (as a client or volunteer) is a plus but not required.
- Outgoing and approachable – You’ll interact with clients daily, so being personable and able to communicate easily with people from all walks of life is key.
Position Details:
- Hours: Approximately 23 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Tuesdays: 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Weekends are always free!
- Pay: Competitive and based on skills and experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients (including intake for new clients).
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries about our services and volunteer opportunities.
- Provide resource information to clients (training provided).
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and keeping the office organized.
- Be the welcoming “face” of Provisions for all who walk through our doors.
