Membership Engagement Specialist

Location: Spring Branch, TX | Full-time
The Bulverde/Spring Branch Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Membership Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships with our members, help businesses thrive, and grow community connections. This role is perfect for someone who is people-focused, organized, and passionate about making an impact.
What You’ll Do

• Welcome and onboard new members, guiding them to get the most from their Chamber benefits.
• Support member engagement and retention through check-ins, consultations, and the Next Steps Program.
• Coordinate networking events like Ribbon Cuttings, Mixers, and Women in Business.
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment, advertising sales, and other non-dues revenue opportunities.
• Track membership activity and provide updates to Chamber leadership.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, databases, and social media.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or public relations is a plus.
