Experienced House Cleaner / Team Lead

J & A Hill Country Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving the Greater San Antonio area, including North San Antonio, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and surrounding communities.

We are looking for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in quality work and is ready to step into a team leader role. This position works alongside a cleaning partner and helps maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Pay
$22 – $25 per hour depending on experience

Schedule
Part-time to start (approximately 3 days per week)
Daytime hours
No nights
Weekends are not required

Minimum Pay Guarantee
Once scheduled for the day, team members are guaranteed a minimum of 4 hours of pay, even if the cleaning schedule finishes earlier.

Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside a small cleaning team
Residential house cleaning
Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Dusting and surface cleaning
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Ensuring homes meet company quality standards
Communicating job progress and issues with management
Helping train and support team members

Requirements
Minimum 2 years professional cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and lead by example
Ability to stay active during cleaning jobs
