Comal ISD hosts fall job fair September 21
 
The Comal Independent School District is hosting a fall job fair 5-6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at its Support Services building, 1404 IH 35 North, New Braunfels. All interested applicants are encouraged to attend.
The fast-growth district is always in need of certified special education and multilingual teachers as well as non-certified positions for after-school childcare, child nutrition, custodians, paraprofessionals and transportation/bus drivers.
The district, which covers 589 square miles, includes Comal County as well as portions of Bexar, Guadalupe, Hays and Kendall counties. Serving 10 communities with 36 campuses, the district offers great locations from which to work including 21 elementary schools, eight middle schools and seven high schools in Bulverde, Canyon Lake, Garden Ridge, New Braunfels, the northern tip of San Antonio, Sattler, Smithson Valley, Spring Branch and Startzville.
