SPRING BRANCH, TX, November 30 — Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy (21200 HWY 46 W) is opening its doors to the public as a fitness center. Formerly owned by Bulverde Physical Therapy, our 6,000 square foot building is newly renovated and features an indoor exercise pool.
