Kiwanis Diaper Drive Delivery for St Jude's Children's Ranch

2019 totals this year for Kiwanis Diaper Drive for St Jude’s Children’s Ranch exceeded the drive last year thanks to the generous people of our communities with the donations of 11,976 Diapers and 16,474 wipes!

This year we had two schools engaged in collection of diapers and wipes. Canyon Lake High School Student Council advisor Tina Platt contacted us after they read the article in the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung to be included in the drive. They collected 739 diapers and 536 wipes. Bracken Christen School National Junior Honor Society advisor Tashi Land and her students organized a diaper and wipe drive by grade level, 6th through 12th grade. They collected 5,058 diapers and 8,892 wipes. These two schools really showed us how to be successful in organizing and running a drive. We look forward to them participating next year as well.

We give a big thanks to the organizations that participated in Spring Branch Bulverde area: Bracken Christian School, Broadway Bank First United Bank, Bulverde Spring Branch Fire and EMS, Canyon Lake High School, Chick’s Prime Meat Market, Massage Heights, morningstar Storage, Police Department of Bulverde, Rebecca Creek Baptist Church, Reliance Realty, Sonora Bank, State Securities Bank and Trust, and State Farm Insurance. And a thank you for the boxes donated by morningstar Storage.
Another big thanks to the organizations that participated in New Braunfels area: Briggs Family Medicine, City of New Braunfels, Comal County Sheriff's Office, Fire Department Stations1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, First Commercial Bank (both locations), Frost Bank, Gruene Road Pharmacy, Massage Heights, Police Department of New Braunfels, and Reliance Realty.
