Overview: As a member of our Direct Care team, you won’t just be providing care—you’ll be dancing, laughing, singing, woodworking and spending your day keeping our seniors active, engaged, and smiling. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, energetic, and not afraid to have a little fun while doing important work.

*Note: This is currently a part-time afternoon shift, 12:30 PM - 6:30PM.
Responsibilities: Providing respectful personal care assistance, including feeding, bathing, and toileting Helping participants with walking or using assistive devices Participating in fun group activities, outings, and daily exercises Dressing up in silly costumes and singing or dancing (talent optional—enthusiasm required!) Leading a group based on your talents—like athletics, baking, crafting, painting, singing, woodworking, or storytelling Assisting with the distribution of meals, beverages, and snacks Skills: An upbeat and friendly personality who loves working with seniors

• Prior experience in direct care for older adults preferred Ability to assist with personal care, ambulation, and mealtime Willingness to join in on fun, silly, and meaningful moments every day Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Experience in memory care a plus Current on CPR and First Aid techniques to ensure client safety. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus CNA a plus
