About Us: SarahCare at Encino Park is a newly opened Adult Day Health Center in San Antonio, TX, dedicated to providing compassionate, health-focused daytime care for seniors. We are building a warm, vibrant, and supportive environment — and we’re looking for an LVN to join our founding team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team to provide high-quality nursing care to our adult participants. This position is currently a part-time position working only a few days a week (days to be determined). The LVN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working in a team-centered environment and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and health monitoring to program participants Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support care planning and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with health standards
• Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for all clients
• Qualifications: Current LVN license in the state of Texas CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Experience with geriatric, long-term care, or adult day services preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating independence in patient care tasks.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Technology proficient
